📄 How to Upload Clear Photos of Your Documents
To help us process your documents quickly and accurately, please follow these simple steps when taking and uploading your photos:
✅ Before You Take the Photo:
Use a Good Camera: A smartphone with at least 8 megapixels works great. Rear-facing cameras are best.
Find Good Lighting: Natural daylight or soft white lighting helps avoid shadows and glare. If using lamps, place two light sources on either side of the document.
Keep It Steady: Hold your phone still or place it on a stable surface. If needed, tap the screen to focus before capturing.
📸 Taking the Photo:
Flat Surface: Lay the document flat on a clean surface with good contrast (e.g., a dark table for a white page).
Frame It Fully: Make sure all four corners are visible—no edges cut off.
Shoot Straight On: Position your camera directly above the document, not at an angle.
Check Clarity: Text, numbers, and images should be sharp and readable. Avoid any blur or obstruction.
Color Matters: If your document is in color, please capture it in color.
Front and Back: If there’s writing, stamps, or seals on the back, include a photo of that side too.
